Ingredients that you need:
2 tablespoons | Chilli Sauce |
2 tablespoons | Tomato Ketchup |
2 tablespoons | dried chilli paste, blended and boiled |
100 g | minced beef |
1 tablespoon | soy sauce |
400 g | macaroni, blanched |
30 g | onion, thinly sliced |
30 g | garlic, thinly sliced |
80 g | mustard greens (sawi) |
1 tablespoon | oil |
How to cook?
1. In a pot, blanch the pasta.
2. Then, strain it. Run cold water over the pasta to cool it completely.
3. Next, toss it with 1 tablespoon of oil.
4. After setting the pasta aside, proceed to heat up a pan and add 3 tablespoon of oil into it.
5. When the oil is heated, sauté the onion, garlic and dried chilli paste until fragrant.
6. Next, add in the minced beef. Stir it and allow it to cook thoroughly.
7. When the beef turns brown, just short of burnt, you can add in the macaroni and the mustard greens.
8. Then, add in the Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and soy sauce.
9. Stir-fry for a few more minutes and your fried macaroni is ready to be served!
