How to cook?
1. In a pot, heat oil and sear beef until browned.
2. Next, add onion, celery, carrot and garlic and let that brown as well.
3. Add tomato puree, sauces, mustard, vinegar, sugar and MAGGI CukupRasa. Let it caramelize before adding in water.
4. Allow the ingredients to simmer for 40 minutes until beef is tender enough to pull apart.
5. Serve in toasted whole meal bread with thick slices of tomato.
