Ingredients that you need:
1 packet | MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Kari |
1 tablespoon | cooking oil |
10 g | shallots, chopped |
2 cloves | garlic, chopped |
10 g | tomato paste |
20 g | bird’s eye chillies, smashed |
30 g | cabbage |
5 g | red chillies |
30 g | mustard leaves |
30 g | fish cake |
3 | fish balls |
2 tablespoons | Tomato Ketchup |
1 tablespoon | Chilli Sauce |
1 | egg, beaten |
5 g | MAGGI CukupRasa |
1. In a pot, pour in the cooking oil.
2. When the oil is nice and hot, add in the shallots, garlic and tomato paste and sauté until fragrant.
3. Then, add in 360 ml of water, the bird’s eye chillies, cabbage, red chillies, mustard leaves, fish cake and fish balls.
4. Add in a packet of the MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Kari. Bring it to a boil.
5. After a minute, add in the Tomato Ketchup,Chilli Sauce, egg and MAGGI CukupRasa.
6. Allow it to cook for 1 minute.
7. When the noodles are cooked, pour it into a bowl and enjoy it to the very last slurp!
