HOW TO COOK MAGGI BANDUNG (MY STYLE)

Hiii guysss!!! So today i want to share some recipe on how to make a simple maggi bandung. Hopefully you guys can follow the recipe. GOOD LUCK!

Ingredients that you need:


1 packetMAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Kari
1 tablespooncooking oil
10 gshallots, chopped
2 clovesgarlic, chopped
10 gtomato paste
20 gbird’s eye chillies, smashed
30 gcabbage
5 gred chillies
30 gmustard leaves
30 gfish cake
3fish balls
2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon Chilli Sauce
1egg, beaten
5 gMAGGI CukupRasa


1. In a pot, pour in the cooking oil.
2. When the oil is nice and hot, add in the shallots, garlic and tomato paste and sauté until fragrant.
3. Then, add in 360 ml of water, the bird’s eye chillies, cabbage, red chillies, mustard leaves, fish cake and fish balls.
4. Add in a packet of the MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Kari. Bring it to a boil.
5. After a minute, add in the Tomato Ketchup,Chilli Sauce, egg and MAGGI CukupRasa.
6. Allow it to cook for 1 minute.
7. When the noodles are cooked, pour it into a bowl and enjoy it to the very last slurp!
