HOW TO COOK KUNG PAO BEEF

Hiii guysss!!! So today i want to share some special recipe on how to make a kung pao beef. Hopefully you guys can follow the recipe. GOOD LUCK!

Ingredients that you need:
2 tablespoonoil
400 gbeef, sliced thinly
1 teaspoonMAGGI CukupRasa
2 tablespooncorn starch
A:
1 tablespoonoil
1 inchginger, sliced
3 clovesgarlic, chopped
3 leavesspring onion, cut 2 inches long
½red capsicum, cut into cubes
½yellow capsicum, cut into cubes
2 tablespooncashew nuts
¼ cupcarrots
B:
2 tablespoonMAGGI Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoonblack vinegar
1 teaspoonthick soy sauce
100 mlair
2 teaspooncorn flour
1 tablespoonwater

How to cook?
1. Heat pan and pour in oil. Mix MAGGI CukupRasa with beef and coat with corn flour.
2. Stir fry beef on high heat, for about 5- 10 minutes. Set aside on a strainer.
3. In the same pan, add oil and stir fry ingredients A until fragrant. Pour in ingredients B and let it simmer.
4. Thicken with corn flour and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
TIPS: Besides capsicum, other vegetables like broccoli and sweet peas can also be used.
HACK: The juice strained from the beef can be poured over the dish towards the end to enhance its flavours.
