Ingredients that you need:
| 2 tablespoon | oil |
| 400 g | beef, sliced thinly |
| 1 teaspoon | MAGGI CukupRasa |
| 2 tablespoon | corn starch |

| 1 tablespoon | oil |
| 1 inch | ginger, sliced |
| 3 cloves | garlic, chopped |
| 3 leaves | spring onion, cut 2 inches long |
| ½ | red capsicum, cut into cubes |
| ½ | yellow capsicum, cut into cubes |
| 2 tablespoon | cashew nuts |
| ¼ cup | carrots |

| 2 tablespoon | MAGGI Oyster Sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | black vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | thick soy sauce |
| 100 ml | air |
| 2 teaspoon | corn flour |
| 1 tablespoon | water |
1. Heat pan and pour in oil. Mix MAGGI CukupRasa with beef and coat with corn flour.
2. Stir fry beef on high heat, for about 5- 10 minutes. Set aside on a strainer.
3. In the same pan, add oil and stir fry ingredients A until fragrant. Pour in ingredients B and let it simmer.
4. Thicken with corn flour and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
TIPS: Besides capsicum, other vegetables like broccoli and sweet peas can also be used.
HACK: The juice strained from the beef can be poured over the dish towards the end to enhance its flavours.
