Hiii guysss!!! So today i want to share some recipe on how to make a simple kangkung goreng belacan. Hopefully you guys can follow the recipe. GOOD LUCK!
Ingredients that you need:
| 300 g | water spinach, cut into 3-inch lengths |
| 3 tablespoons | cooking oil |
| 3 | red onions, sliced |
| 3 cloves | garlic, sliced |
| 2 | red chillies, thinly sliced |
| 1 tablespoon | MAGGI CukupRasa |
| 1 teaspoon | shrimp paste |
| 2 tablespoon s | water |
How to cook?
1. In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil. Add in the red onions, garlic and red chillies and sauté until they harmonize into a lovely aroma.
2. Next, toss in your water spinach and sauté for a bit longer.
3. Finally, add in the MAGGI CukupRasa, shrimp paste and water. Fry on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the water spinach wilts.
4. Serve over steamed rice.
