HOW TO MAKE FRIED KUEY TEOW

Hiii guysss!!! So today i want to share some recipe on how to make a simple keuy teow goreng. Hopefully you guys can follow the recipe. GOOD LUCK!



Ingredients that you need:


A:
2 tablespoonscorn oil
2 clovesgarlic, chopped
2 tablespoonschilli paste
100 gshrimp, peeled and deveined
50 gsquid, sliced
50 gcockles, shell removed
B:
1 tablespoonMAGGI CukupRasa
1 teaspoondark soy sauce
2 tablespoonswater
1 packkuey teow, washed and drained
2eggs, beaten
100 gbean sprouts, washed and rinsed
100 gchives, sliced 1 cm long
Garnish:
spring onion
red chilli, sliced
calamansi lime (limau kasturi), cut into half

How to cook?
1. Heat wok. Stir fry ingredients A for 2 minutes.
2. Combine ingredients B and add in to the wok, along with the noodles, eggs and vegetables.
3. Cook for 3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined.
4. Add garnishing and serve hot.
HACK: In order to prep the wok before frying, heat some oil in it, swirl it around the wok and discard the oil once it’s slightly hot. Add in new oil every time you want to fry a new batch of ingredients.
