HOW TO COOK PUCUK PAKU SAMBAL BELACAN

Hiii guysss!!! So today i want to share some recipe on how to make a simple pucuk paku sambal belacan. Hopefully you guys can follow the recipe. GOOD LUCK!

Ingredients that you need:
300 gwild fern, cut into small pieces
1 tablespooncooking oil
A
½red onion, sliced
2 clovesgarlic, sliced
3red chilli, thinly sliced
1 teaspoonbelacan
1 teaspoondried shrimps, soaked
2 teaspoonMAGGI CukupRasa

How to cook?
1. Heat oil and stir-fry ingredients A until fragrant.
2. Add in the wild ferns, stir thoroughly and let it cook until it softens.
3. Sprinkle MAGGI CukupRasa and give it another good stir.
4. Enjoy while hot with a plate of steaming white rice.
